Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Reservation Cancellation
- Guests may cancel their reservation up to 48 hours before the scheduled check-in date without any cancellation charges.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in will be charged one night’s room rate.
- No-shows (failure to arrive without prior notice) will be charged 100% of the first night’s stay.
2. Refund Policy
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original method of payment.
- Eligible refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days, depending on the bank or payment provider.
- Any transaction or service fees charged by banks or payment gateways are non-refundable.
3. Early Departure
- If a guest checks out earlier than the confirmed departure date, the hotel reserves the right to charge for the remaining nights, unless prior notice is given and approved by management.
4. Non-Refundable Bookings
- Certain promotional or discounted rates are non-refundable and non-cancellable.
- Full payment for non-refundable bookings will be charged at the time of reservation.
5. Modification of Reservations
- Changes to reservation dates are subject to availability and rate differences.
- The hotel reserves the right to apply additional charges if applicable.
6. Force Majeure
- The hotel is not responsible for cancellations due to events beyond its control (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.). Refunds or credits in such cases will be handled at the hotel’s discretion.
